CAR LINE SAFETY

As you come into the area around the school, remember that the neighborhood streets are 25MPH, and the school zone is 20MPH. There are students on the street waiting for school buses and many little ones making their way to our front door.

Please slow down!

EXCUSED AND UNEXCUSED ABSENCES

From the Parent/Student Handbook:

“It is imperative that all students enrolled at Cascade Heights be accounted for each day. If your child will be absent, please telephone the school prior to 8:00 a.m. on the day of the absence. The attendance line is (503) 653-1850 ext 2…”

Teachers appreciate hearing from families when a student is absent, however, they do not have time to relay that information to the office while busy with teaching duties.

Please be sure to notify the office directly when your child is absent. You may call or email.
Phone: (503) 653-1850 ext 2

APPLE OF MY EYE PHOTOGRAPHY

View and order until October 24

Our school's gallery will be open for one week. Access to the galleries will close on Monday, October 24th. Be sure to place your order before then.

Every child has their own password protected photo gallery. Here’s how to access and order your child’s photos.
1. Go to: http://aome.search.snapizzi.com/search
2. Find and click on CASCADE HEIGHTS SCHOOL LOGO.
This will bring up a small search box.
3. Enter your child's password into the search box.
The password is your child’s birthday in the two digit MMDDYY format followed by the first initial of their LEGAL first name. For example: if your daughter's name is Ava and her birthday is January 3, 2008, her password would be 010308a
4. When the correct password is entered, the gallery of images will appear for you to view and place your order.

If you'd like to watch a video tutorial on how to view and order photos as well as a list of FAQs visit: www.aomephoto.com/school-picture-faqs-video
