Thanks to Oregon's newest meal reimbursement guidance for schools, NCSD is excited to announce changes to our nutrition program. Starting in September, 2024, ALL NCSD students who attend a school that serves breakfast and lunch are eligible to receive both a breakfast and lunch at no cost. This amazing news is thanks to an expansion of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) in Oregon, and NCSD schools are currently planning any necessary changes to their cafeteria routines to accommodate students accessing meals at no cost.
