Free and reduced price meal applications for the 2014-2015 school year are now available.

Dear Falcon Families,

Cascade Heights participates in the National School Lunch Program.  Below are the guidelines for qualification.  If you even think you may be qualified please apply!  This designation helps Cascade Heights tremendously with federal funding, grant awards and other opportunities available to schools.

Free and reduced price meal applications for the 2014 – 2015 school year are now available. Please visit https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/frlapp/ to complete an application before school starts or at any time during the school year. Paper applications are also be available at the district office (4444 SE Lake Road in Milwaukie) or at your student’s school in August. Please complete one application for your family (including foster children) and include all of your students that attend school in the North Clackamas School District. Paper applications can be dropped off at your student’s school, the District Office, or mailed to the District Office at North Clackamas School District, Accounting Department, 4444 SE Lake Road, Milwaukie, OR 97222. Questions regarding the program can be directed to the Free and Reduced Meal hotline at (503) 353-6034.

Families in need of a free lunch before the school year begins can phone Oregon Safenet at 1-800-723-3638 to find out about a program near their home.
