Weather Alerts

Winter is coming, and with it the potential for school delays, closures or early release. A variety of local news outlets are forecasting small amounts of snow for next week in our area. This is Oregon, so expect the unexpected!

In the event of inclement weather you will receive an email, or you can look for information on local news affiliates. We will adhere to the North Clackamas decision on snow closures posted at www.nclack.k12.or.us.

Winter Coat Policy

Just a reminder that the days are getting colder (BRRRR) and children need to dress for the weather. Cascade Heights winter weather policy is on page 7 of Student Planners.

Students must wear a coat if the temperature is 40 degrees or below. Hat and mittens/gloves are required if the temperature is 35 degrees or below.

Also, with snow in the forecast, remember we follow North Clackamas school closure.

School Hours

Doors open for students at 7:45 am.

School adjourns at 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday for all grades including kindergarten.

One Friday a month is reserved for a full day field trip for each class.
